My 20 year old son borrowed my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 and drove to Boston from Maryland for vacation. While he was there the rack and pinion failed and needed to be replaced so I had the vehicle towed to Boston Auto Experts, LLC. Originally had it towed to Quirk Dodge / Chrysler for them to call me the next day to tell me they would NOT work on my truck because of the age and NO history on the vehicle!!! UNREAL, I have NEVER heard of such a thing... I then had the truck towed to Boston Auto Experts, LLC. and spoke to Dave and he got the truck in on the lift immediately and confirmed the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Dave understood my situation and made time to get the truck in and get the part from another location. They also did an oil change and replaced a turn signal for me to ensure my son would be safe driving home to Maryland. The vehicle was completed the same day as it was brought in. I would 100% recommend this establishment as the customer service that I received was outstanding and I was also discounted on the final price for my military service. Thank you very much Boston Auto Experts, LLC. I greatly appreciate what your establishment was able to do for me.
